Alma Light

Alma Light’s story started in the year 1989 when a family called Cubina decided to establish the company Hustadt Iluminacion, S.A. in Barcelona.
Primarily the company concerned itself with the distribution of lamps mainly from Germany. In the year 2003 the company adventured the step from a retailer to a producer with their own label Alma Light. The idea to create Alma Light was based on the wish to achieve more autonomy and to open up new markets abroad. From this time on Alma Light has specialized in the creation of contemporary design lamps and supplies countries all over the world. Nowadays Alma Light is well-known nationally and internationally.
Alma Light’s products are characterised by high quality as well as by superior design. Besides, Alma Light emphasises on an excellent price/performance ratio, short delivery times and effective customer support before and after the sale.
Alma Light gained particular famousness with the products Double, Clear and Drop. The pendant Double, designed by Sam May, is made of 12,19 or 37 glass balls. The lamp Clear, also designed by Sam May, is either available as table lamp, floor lamp or pendant and is made of a variable amount of glass shades. The product Drop, designed by Cristian Cubina, is again a pendant that is made of a special amount of transparent light bulbs.
Alma Light lamps have a very high recognition value because of their unique design and are rightly well-known all over the world.
